Usage / Features

The document describes the possibilities of hopper management, eg. For example, fill the hopper with coins, pay out coins, transfer coins to the cashbox, and correct the number of coins.

Preparation

1. Open the door to start the Service-Modus
2. Click two times the button Back (<<)
3. Click the button Inventory
4. Click the button Smart hopper

Management of coins and Correction

You can perform the hopper management in different ways. These include inventory management (default) and correction. In administration, coins can be physically moved, e.g. Fill the funnel with coins, withdraw coins or move coins from the funnel into the cashbox. Later, the stock (number) of coins can be changed.

The Hopper management can be done in two views: 'Stock Management' (default) and 'Correction' . In the first view, the coins are physically assigned, e.g. Pay out or transfer to the cashbox. In the 'Corrections' view corrections to the coin stocks can be made.

The switching of the pages is done via the buttons Correction / Stock Management.

1. Switch to page 'Correction'
2. Perform a hupper emptying
3. Shift button to fill the hopper with coins
4. Coin value and number of coins with this denomination
5. Decrease the number of coins
6. Increase the number of coins
7. Number of coins will be directed to the cashbox
8. Number of coins will be paid
9. All coins are directed to the cashbox
10. All coins are paid out (over-payment)

Hopper Clearance

If the button 'Move all to coinbox' is clicked, then the entire hopper content is paid out. If coins still remain in the hopper, e gives its discrepancy and a correction must be made.

Hopper fill

The button 'Enable accepting money' allows coins to be deposited in the hopper. After the desired amount has been deposited, the button is pressed again 'Disable accepting money' .

Technical Background

For larger coin stocks, the implementation of the emptying may take several minutes.
